Nancy Fernandez Mills is an Integrative Health Coach, nutrition counselor and yoga teacher. Nancy offers one-on-one nutrition counseling as well as group wellness workshops at Volunteers in Medicine Berkshires in Great Barrington, where she is also a member of the Board of Trustees.
Nancy spent several years as a Correspondent for NBC News, where she won a National Emmy Award for news and documentaries. She co-founded Lifecycle Productions, a health education company, with clinical nurse specialist Jeanne Watson Driscoll, PhD. Lifecycle Productions distributed award-winning video to an international audience. Nancy co-produced, and with her husband Mark Mills co-hosted, “Boomers: Redefining Life After 50”, a lifestyle magazine series which aired on public television stations nationwide.
Nancy is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She studied therapeutic massage at Esalen in Big Sur, California and Integrated Positional Therapy at Kripalu.
Nancy grew up in Western Massachusetts and lives with her husband Mark Mills in Stockbridge.
